1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to kilau4d – Malaysia's preferred online sports betting and casino platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Kilau4D ("Platform", "we", "us").

These Terms & Conditions take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Kilau4D reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by providing reasonable notice to members via email or in-platform notification.

This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy Kilau4D, all of which form part of the overarching agreement between you and our platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To register for and use Kilau4D's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform
• Is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online gambling platforms
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or at the direction of any third party
• Not currently enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion programme

Kilau4d also reserves the right to reject any registration application from any individual without providing a reason, entirely at our discretion.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Kilau4D account only. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

3.2 Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is:

• Accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times
• Your own personal information — not that of another person
• Does not violate any applicable laws

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. Kilau4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own negligence.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Kilau4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid copy of your national identity card or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method used

Failure to submit KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or termination of the account.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Kilau4d accepts deposits through the following Malaysian payment methods:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name. Depositing via another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• All deposit amounts and account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• Kilau4d does not accept cash, third-party credit cards, or any payment method not listed above.
• Kilau4d reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 General Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal of winnings from your Kilau4D account is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 every transaction
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit
• Accounts must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal exceeding RM 1,000 is permitted
• Typical processing time: 3–10 minutes for standard withdrawals

5.2 Bonus Withdrawals

Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been fully met. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated on each promotional offer.

5.3 Withdrawal Suspension

Kilau4d reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal while conducting an investigation if there is suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or a withdrawal request that does not comply with these terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Principles

Kilau4d offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in their respective promotional terms. The general conditions that apply to all kilau4d bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other accounts
• Kilau4D reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of misuse or fraud
• Multiple accounts registering to claim the same bonus will result in the suspension of all accounts involved
• Kilau4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time

6.2 Rollover Requirements

A rollover requirement means you must wager a specified total amount before bonus funds (or winnings from a bonus) can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place bets totalling RM 1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.

7 Game Rules

All games offered on Kilau4D – including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), and jackpot slots – are governed by their respective game rules available within the platform.

7.1 Game Integrity

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent international body
• Kilau4D does not manipulate the outcome of any game
• Any disputed game outcome will be reviewed based on stored system records

7.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, kilau4d will endeavour to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions in such situations are at kilau4d's discretion based on available technical records, and our decision is final.

7.3 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting, all odds are subject to change until a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system. Kilau4D reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error in the odds display, or where an event has commenced before the bet was properly processed.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

Kilau4D users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to automate gameplay or activities on the platform
• Placing bets on all outcomes of a match to guarantee profit (excessive arbitrage betting)
• Colluding with other players to defraud the platform or other players (collusion)
• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim additional bonuses, or for any other fraudulent purpose
• Using a kilau4d account for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Abusing our customer support system or using offensive language toward our staff
• Sharing account login credentials with others
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate any game, system, or process on the platform

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and legal action where Kilau4D deems appropriate.

9 Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your Kilau4D account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to withdrawal conditions and KYC review.

9.2 Closure by Kilau4D

Kilau4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member if:

• There has been a breach of these terms and conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or manipulative activity is detected
• User fails to submit the required KYC documents
• Instructions from a competent authority require us to do so
• User is found to be under 18 years of age

10 Limitation of Liability

Kilau4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond our control
• Acts or omissions by third parties such as payment service providers
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind
• Your failure to comply with these terms and conditions

In no event shall Kilau4D's maximum liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

Kilau4D is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help our members play within healthy limits:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits – Set your deposit limit through your account settings
• Loss Limit – Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period
• Cool-Off Period – Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your account if you feel it is necessary to do so

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

12.1 Amendment of Terms

Kilau4D reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

12.3 Severability

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision alone shall be severed and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
